While this would likely happen via a glimpse or jump into the future, the idea of a grown-up Morgan Stark donning her own suit of armor is quite compelling. While Tony's absence will no doubt foster a strong mix of emotions as she grows up, it stands to reason that she could be inspired to follow in her dad's footsteps and continue the family business as a future Avenger. Played by Lexi Rabe, Morgan was four years old during the events of Avengers: Endgame and her father's sacrifice to save the universe. Next to Riri Williams' Ironheart, Tony Stark's daughter Morgan stands to become a key Iron Man replacement in the MCU's future. Seeing as how Riri is set to get her own Ironheart series, it will be interesting to see if she eventually encounters someone like Rhodes who could perhaps give their blessing on Iron Man's behalf heading into Phase 6. As a result, Ironheart is one of the heroes most suited to inherit Iron Man's legacy who's been seen so far since Tony Stark's sacrifice in Endgame.Īlthough she doesn't have any sort of personal connection to Stark beyond being inspired by his work, Riri Williams shares many of the same traits as Stark, making her an ideal Iron Man replacement with her technologically gifted mind and desire to protect others (proven by her decision to join Wakanda in its battle against Namor and his Talokanil forces). However, this resulted in Riri meeting Shuri who gave her the opportunity to build her very own vibranium-integrated suit of armor as Ironheart. She also created her own proprietary vibranium technology that was secretly used by the CIA, putting her in the crosshairs of both Wakanda and Namor's undersea kingdom of Talokan. Having made her debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Riri Williams (Dominque Thorne) reverse-engineered Tony Stark's armor to forge her own flight suit in the MCU while attending MIT. As such, it would certainly be strange if Peter Parker were to revert to his Iron Spider suit (though it's not impossible). Following his experiences with both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's versions of Spider-Man thanks to the multiverse, Peter has created his very own suit by the film's end, foregoing the Stark tech he'd relied on since the events of Civil War. However, Spider-Man: No Way Home clearly saw Peter Parker becoming his own hero in the MCU. Following Stark's death in Endgame, Tony left his E.D.I.T.H glasses with Spider-Man as an inheritance, giving Peter access to Stark Industries' global satellite network and defense systems. He also provided Parker with his first legitimate suit along with the Iron Spider armor as seen in Avengers: Infinity War. Having been recruited by Stark during Captain America: Civil War, Peter Parker idolized Iron Man who in turn helped the young hero embrace true responsibility and maturity with his powers as seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Spider-Man (Tom Holland) was once Iron Man's prime successor in the MCU.
